Ashley Shelton, MS, MA

I believe therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand ourselves, work through difficult emotions, and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, identity development, or life transitions, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where meaningful exploration and growth can occur.

My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, grounded in acceptance, empathy, and cultural humility. I value tailoring treatment to each individual's unique background, identities, and goals and am committed to providing personalized care that supports growth and well-being.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship can serve as a foundation for insight, healing, and lasting change. My goal is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves while working through emotional, interpersonal, and life challenges in a way that aligns with their values and goals.
